Terrible company

Purchased my first pc mac powerbook and required online telephone assistance. I had been informed my guarantee could be like purchasing from apple. They actually offered me applecares 800-number which was a rest. I had been delivered a PC by having an obsolete OS which was damaged. After I required RMA the shape claims Shop Credit Only. That's nowhere on the website or within their conditions. I'm awaiting my reimbursement but others need to get attyns. These men have to be released of company.
