I am so mad and ungry that sometime all I can do is cry without my children seeing me. On January I signed a lease for a property in Miami Florida with a pair of realtors who I can not describe less than evil. When my husband and I when to see the property we just loved it, it was perfect. We told the realtors showing us the house that it was going to take a few days for us to get the 2 month deposit because we were pulling our money from our 401K. They stated it would not be a problem. When we went to sign the lease we realized that the realtors lived right across the street from the home but we did not think anything bad about it. They seemed nice. We adviced Mrs. Dionne Arguello that we were hobby breeder of American bulldogs just two, a female and a male. She stated just to mentioned one dog in the lease and not to worry about the owners because they lived in Texas. So we signed the lease and moved in. The very first month when we went across the street to pay for our rent in advance, the problems started. Mrs. Dionne Arguello stated that someone in the neighborhood had informed the owner's wife that we were dog breeders and she was not going to have it. I asked what they wanted us to do since we did not want the owners of the house upset and perhaps talking to them directly would help the situation besides we did not have puppies yet and the dogs were outside in the yard. Mrs. Dionne stated not to worry she would talk to them and all will be fine. Next following month came around we went across the street to pay for the rent and again there was a problem, Mrs Dionne Arguello stated to us that the owners were coming into town and we had to do something about the dogs. I did not understand what my dogs had to do with it, this would be perfect for me since I wanted to meet the owners but Mrs Arguello gave a speach on how we were not keeping up with the house, how we had to clean the outside walls and front porch and she went on stating that they do not believe in christmas and decorations are not allowed. Even went on to tell us what kind of cleaning agent to use. Mrs. Arguello started writting us letters and placing them in our mail box, she came into our house with the excuse of asking for some coffee and started dictating on how I needed to clean the floors and how I needed to get rid off my dogs. I got so mad I told her to leave and that I needed the owners information to reach them. Ofcourse she refused and the evil lady in her came out. I wrote her a letter and informed her not come back to our house she was not welcome and to stop the harassing atitude. She wrote me a two page letter calling names and acting as if she did not mean any harm, that we were bad people. Please lord help me. My husband went to pay the rent again and asked for the monthly receipts since we never had received one and she refused, he asked for the phone number of the owners and again she refused. Finaly we desided to just sent our rent money via us mail certified. I checked on the property we rented and notice that the taxes on the house have not been paid, we are so concerned and worried that we can't sleep at night. Every single day in the morning they stand outside of their house watering their driveway as to intimidate us. I have till January of next year 2012 and I am out. You could not believe all the things these realtors have put us through. I think they want me to break my lease but I know better. I signed a contract and so help me God I will comply till the end.
