Did not live up to terms of the contract

I was another person scammed by the arize group in contract it states they would do a loan audit if not then you are entitled to a refund so after jumping threw hoops for a while i new something was up and nikki price

M said i was entitled to a refund because loan audit is illegal and we did not perform it what they do is make sure your mortgage company still has your original note by giving you two demand letters and when your morgage company does not give you this information i was told i need to hire an attorney after i gave them 3270 they owe me a refund.
