I have been dealing with this company in 2005 when they posted an alleged debt on my credit report in order to collect a huge amount of money. Mr. Ramzy Rahib was in cahoots with Mr. Ferrier dba Idigitaltek.
They practice dubious activities to ripoff innocent people. Mr. Eric Ferrier claims he has a client who owes him money, then files a frivolous civil lawsuit in small claims or other in Broward County, and then works with Mr. Ramzy Hahib to collect the alleged debt. Therefore, there is no investigation regarding the authenticity of that debt. They use forged documents to make their claims.
I was personally dealing with this agency in San Diego. They now closed that office. There is another office in Agoura Hills. Mr. Rahib is also employed by Idigitaltek based on BBB report. I won my case in 2005 against these crooks (GIC845870 Superior Court of California, Central Branch, 330 West Broadway, San Diego, CA 92112). Then, Mr. Ferrier / Idigitaltek moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and starts his deeds again. He currently has over 20 lawsuits in the pipeline at the Broward County Court, we have a case of people committing felonies in the loose.
