Had a glich with my charge card. They did not actually attempt to contact me. Never sent me a notice. Simply switched me to collection company. I've settled entirely, however they keep calling. Publishing media does not execute like they display on Television. Best Of Luck with this specific organization!

I cancelled the order, tried to contact the company (telephone and email), and did so daily over the course of a week... 10 days after my last email to the company and 14 days after I had initially cancelled the order, they charged my credit card!
