We purchased an 11ft cantilever umbrella in-May. We settled $1,300 for this bit of crap! It smashed down on-US following a couple of months and we'd to pay for to displace that which was damaged. It smashed down, again, and Galtech declined to permit us to purchase the component we required, once again, to repair it. We've attempted to obtain payment for this to no avail. Galtech will not perform something out with Sonoma Yards (a trustworthy furniture seller), consequently, we're CAUGHT with this specific bit of crap. We invested great cash to get a product-we likely to last a great while and also have were left with A BIT OF CRAP on our terrace. We've an attractive house and therefore are caught with this particular eyesore! My partner had "rigged it such that it is functional however it still keeps splitting.
