(I google mapped it and it's a book/gift store)
On the 24th of June, I ordered a dress from them. After exchanging a few emails with someone named "wennie" (emails I kept by the way) I was assured that the dress would be made in 2 weeks, then shipped.
It's now 27 days later, numerous emails to them have gone unanswered. I paid via paypal and I have opened a claim with them.
What else can be done to get my money back?
