Isabella Hall Bogus Staffing Company solicited my services then refused to pay

I was contacted by a
staffing contractor, Isabella Rychlewska. Specifically, she wanted me
to represent her company in an effort to gain her lost business back. I was also was
to do consulting work for her in the areas of compliance, standards, etc. Items
that would parallel any normal staffing company serving a luxury
hotels.

I have 25 years experience in outsourced services to the hospitality industry. I presented a proposal, she negotiated along with a former Remington Hotel, General Manager. They were to send my cost via wire and I would start on 7/19. I was assured by both the GM and herself that my money would arrive before lunch. That never happened. I have attempted on several occaisions to negotiate. She keeps lying and making false promises. This lady also is in foreclosure, filed bankruptcy and is paying an attorney 400.00 to keep the creditors away.

What I found her company to be engaging in is:

1. She is using illegal aliens (or visa applied foreign workers who come here with an assigned
sponsor... Once that gig ends, these folks stay and go elsewhere or she sells
them out to a third party which is illegal against this type of visa) In all
honesty, its illegal for her to bill them by the hour to
you.
2. Under he current
model, she doesn't match any type of federal, state or mandated taxes on her
visa or her normal associates which leads me to believe if this isnt being done,
then there is wcomp fraud somewhere in the mix. WComp as you know is based on
payroll.
3. She participates
in no kind of I-9 or verification process
4. She doesn't
participate in E Verify which is not law yet in the Florida

Her Clients in Key West include Remington Hotels, Crowne Plaza La Concha and several Ice Cream Shops.
