We sent a request to momentum payment systems card processing company to update new bank and account information on June 23.
We called and confirmed that they received the requested information. They never did the update.
We called several times and they offered bad customer service by swinging us from a representative to another, and we sent the information to several customer representative and they never update the account information.
We requested a confirmation from them that they received our requested papers, we have the confirmation by the date of July 11.2011. They promised to update the account within 24-48 hours.
July 19, Our account is not updated yet, our transactions not in our bank.
We suffered business loss and delay because out transaction money is frozen.
Customer services of this company is bad.
In addition to that they false statement people.
We are ready to sue this company. We will warn our merchant friends from dealing with this processing company.
