In February of I made a balloon payment of over $3,400 for my Spiegel account. This payment was made with the assumption that no more money was owed to the Spiegel charge account. Since that Feburary, I was not sent any other bills for any amount that was owed on the account. I was not contact by the card processing center for updated information nor were there any inquiries to communicate with me on this matter.

I have been a customer for several years paying on-time for all those years. I have never missed a payment so you can understand my dismay when in June of this year. I received daily phone calls saying I owed more than $200. I inquired as to what account was, the numbers associated with the account and a fresh bill for reference. Spiegel's customer service agents told me that could not disclose that information. I told them to send me the bills so I could write. I have asked for this information a multitude of times. No bills arrived to my address.

It has taken several months to get paper materials.

We are now in July and several months passed in July of this year and several phone calls where I am told that I was Late in payments. Finally, one of your agents took a look at my records and realized that my address information was incorrect and no one had updated it although I had sent an update to your attention. I am writing to say that since, I was never sent an updated bill I would like these late fees waive because I have been a valuable customer and you can look at my records and see that I have been one for many years.

I have paid the original $64.00 bill and would like my credit record cleaned and my late fees removed. These are in the amount over $254.96. I would also like this information in writing. Attached is the latest bill I finally received from your company.
