I contracted with Z & S Moving in September to move from Texas to Nevada. The truck was scheduled to show up the 1st of September bu did not arrive until November after a number of phone calls and excuses. The contracted price for the move was $2,065.00. When the truck finally showed up I paid Z & S and then the driver, who stated he worked for Spirit Van Lines, told me I should have paid him and refused to unload until he was paid. The Las Vegas police were requested and while sympathetic stated they could do nothing as it was a civil matter.in total the move cost me $8,000 and I have not recovered anything even though I filed suit against both companies.
