Target Stores
Transaction Policy, Coupon Policy, Catalina Policy

Attempted to do 30 different transactions. The cashier complained a little, but completed 22 of the 30 before a manager approached to see what was going on. When they saw that the item we were buying had a coupon to get it free she stopped the cashier and said "You cant empty the shelf". My wife told her that we didn't, so she then said well according to store policy we can limit you to 10 transactions. My wife said "Well these are already done" and the manager said "I can just undue them". I then informed her that I had read the policy earlier in the day and she is incorrect and I would like her to show me the policy and then she said "I manage a Target store so I know the policies and I don't have to show you anything, you can take the 10 or I can just ask you to leave". I then told her thats not very good customer service and she is welcome to take that action if she would like to. She then called a security guard to come over and keep an eye on us until we take our 10 items and leave. I again have read the policy and it has nothing in it that has transaction or coupon limits, the coupon's limit was 1 per item and limited to stock on hand. I had done this at another store with 28 transactions. Since the transactions were already completed I feel like the stole my stuff back. I would think Target policy would be blanketed across all their stores. That manager managed to save them $40.00 today but will cost them approximately $5000.00 every year that I don't shop there.
