I ordered 2 pair of shoes which was almost $100 & had to return them. I received am email stating that I was only due a store credit of $15 & I feel that they stole my refund

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes for a total of $100 & I returned them. I received an email stating that I would receive a $15 store credit. They also over charge for shipping. I feel that this company stole my money.
