Manipulators./liars promise to handel your belongings as if they were there own end up coverd in mold

These people came into my home after a flood from broken pipes busted ceiling caved in they were hired by the insurance adjuster, they came in so sympathetic promiseing to pack my house up and handel my things as if they were their own. What i ended up with was unbelieveable they threw everything on top of everything wet soaked rugs clothing everything just thrown into a pod and locked up because the insurance adjuster told them iam not the the insured party so throw it all in one pod now everything is broken missing and coverd in mold i trusted them and believed they were an honest company but they are far from being honest never once did they contact me about my belongings i opend the pod to see mold everywhere the stench of stagnated water was enough to make me puke my daughter just stood there and cryed things that are irreplaceabel lost we lost my husband recently lost our house and now everything else its just to much, and they believe what they have done was right wonder if this is how they would want there things handeld i believe they should be held liabel for everything including emotional distress the damage they have done cannot be undone its heartbreaking to think people care so little, dont hire this company if you value your home, your belongings and your emotional well being
