I filed a claim with your company on December 2. As I stated to the rep I have mold from Hurricane Sandy due to the water damage to my roof which dripped through my ceilings and walls. It is terrible! I have a five year old living in a house with mold! I have contacted your company several times regarding my claim. No call back from the adjuster or his supervisor. This company is a disgrace for customer service. If my daughter gets sick from breathing in mold I am planning on suing your company immediately for damages! I contacted your company in a timely manner with no response. I will let everyone know not to use your company in the future! Bonita Bordley
