Metal man roofing installed new roof over old shingles-salesman did not give me a choice. Very overcharged

The salesman did not offer me a choice of removing or not removing the shingles. I complained to the company about the roof being wavy, the ridge cap twisted, the trim not matching at joints and not attached to the house in places. They said it was because we chose to keep the singles. They have been out several times, done minor repair work, but the problem has not been resolved. The employees are rude, will not return calls. When I called today, I was told they were through, would not do anything else.in checking since we bought this roof, we found we could have had it done for about 1/2 or less. We thought we were buying service and quality, but have found out different. We have material at our back walk that has been there since 3/14. We were told the salesman who sold us the roof and contractor who did the work is no longer with them.

I would not recommend this company to anyone.
