Sound Commerce, LLC a fraud, Hasan Robinson ripped me off

On April 30 I contacted http://www.soundcommerce.com / and spoke to the owner Hasan Robinson. We discussed about building an e-commerce web page for my existing website. I was promised by Hasan that he should be able to complete the job we had talked about in a few days because he was slow that week and needed a deposit. I made a payment of $500.00 by Visa/Debit card for the deposit to http://www.soundcommerce.com/

I spent days designing a logo and emailed it to him. Hasan replied to my email saying there is no problem with my ideas and that he would finish on time. After time passed and found out that he had not finished, I emailed Hasan about 7 times trying to find out why the job had not been finished on the deadline he had promised. About a week later he finally tells me that he got really busy and will definitely finish it this week.

After numerous emails asking him to finish my website he failed over 15 times on the deadline as promised. I began to loose hope and started to not trust Hasan after all the let downs. Four months later the job still had not been worked on or finished in any way so I requested a refund. He told me he would give me my money back but to this date, which is now September 9, I still did not get any refund which seems he has no intention of paying me back.

I have all the emails saved and can prove everything I have claimed in my statement. My only hope is that he does not do this to other people. It turns out there are other complaints on http://www.soundcommerce.com / and I only wish I had seen them earlier.
