Absurd! I requested an Xbox 360 Console on Cyber-Monday having a FREE additional control. They went out-of $50 controllers and alternatively changed it having a $6 HDMI cable that they did not actually deliver using the Xbox 360 Console. Customer support claims "Oh, too poor." WON'T EVER buy from Toysrus again.
