Ow! What a disappointment... The fact that I'm even writing this review should say a lot, as I'm not typically to one sit and write review about a bad experience... But this was bad!!! This is such a mom & pop operations, it's not even funny! If you're moving an apartment and don't have much valuable stuff and more importantly your time is not valuable, then use them (at your own risk, of course!). I could have easily hired U-Haul and 2 of my strongest friends to help me move and bought beer for them... They would have been better than these guys (777 movers!)... Over sold (Sales talks big game and will definitely disappoint)... I wish I had read all these reviews!
