I find it distressing that they do not answer their phones and do not respond to email to their service department

I bought a through TownHog for Edge Salon in Bay Area. TownHog charged my creditcard however now Edge Salon won't recognize the offer because they suggest that TownHog hasn't settled them. I, the customer, am simply attached.
In attempting to contact TownHog, I think it is unpleasant they don't reply their telephones, nor react to mail for their support office. Are they planning under? Really unsettling particularly as CBS5 and SFGate are employing them.
