Horrible salon don't let them color your hair

I went to have my hair done at this salon. I was referred by a friend. I asked for red low lights and came out as a complete red head. I have been a blond for many years and looked horrible. I saw the owner out that night and myself along with many of my friends told her how bad my hair looked. After speaking to many people who told me to dispute the charges on my card I did and the owner refused to return the money. I had to go to another salon for them to fix the mistake of the Edge. I guess you should be very carful as to what you ask for at this salon because if you are not satisfied you will not be helped or refunded. Beware!!
