Horrible - I used them for a cross country move. The customer service on the front end was good, but on the back end, they were just horrible.
My furniture came damaged and late, and there was absolutely no customer service.
The driver for the delivery was so rude, and would move my belongings up until I paid him more, which I was promised I would not have to do after paying for the move entirely on the front end.
In short - do not use this company.
