3 month story short: Spent approx 3.5K at this store and they did not hesistate to take our money. Received all our merchandise after hunting around town for all the pieces EXCEPT ONE which was ordered in November and we still don't have it. We still cannot get anyone to resolve the issue, I have made phone calls to the district manager and their corporate office. The Live Oak Mgr's response: I can't prove any of the conversations and interactions you've had with the Baby Depot Manager ever happened, it's out of my hands, there's is no need to be upset or argue over this, and I have no excuse as to why I haven't followed up with you! Do yourself a huge favor and don't ever buy from Baby Depot much less register at the store or DON'T EVER place a special order... You'll never see it!!!
