Not holding their part of contract to replace my cell phone with having warrenty and insurance and paying for warrenty every month. I cannot get anybody to listen to me and transfered to another department

I bought acell phone from ATT in August with 2 yr contract and warrenty and insurance and for last 2 weeks, I have problem with phone which has touch screen and was trying to get customer service to help me, last week before 4th of July I spent more that 2 hours to get to person whom can help me but alot of drop calls while transfered or there was nobody to answer, I have been given phone numbers incase the call drops again but not only service has been horrable but also the techs or reps did not understand my problem to resolve it, in one case I was told and warned if the phone has had liquid damage I will be charged full price of phone to replace.

I bought the phone for $150 last year and since I got this phone i had to call a few times to ask why I have been charged for things that I did not sign for and why they changed my cell phone account from personal to business account.

My package was $49.99 unlimited nationwide but once Att took over my package now is $55 to $59.99. I used to pay $54 to $56 for a cell phone for only talk and getting credit every month over not using all my minutes.

Bottom line I need a replacement phone and They give me run around and not being able to transfer or connect me to peson who can help me. I am fed up and done know how to to get them to understand that if you have a customer whom never been late on his payments and has kept his end of contract, gets blown off.

The way they spoke to me if I send the phone for replacement I will be charged full price and when I argue with them then I will be threaten with damaging my credit.
