Signed with this company to conduct residential inspections on foreclosed or delinquent homes. On March 17 received email from Tracy Burkett asking me to send 1,900 British Pounds to an address in Scotland so she could retrieve her passport, etc. So she could return home to USA.
Later in day received a phone call from Tracy asking I do some inspections for her, she followed up with a email list of properties I agreed to conduct three from the list which she advised would pay $75 US dollars per inspection. Completed inspections, emailed them to Tracy, several phone calls and emails later I have not been paid to date.
