James Goodlow Pace IV, John Bischof Took the money and disappeared!

James Goodlow Pace IV, CEO of Guardian Home Inspections & Repairs Inc, was sent by John Bischof to conduct a home mold inspection which included air sampling testing. Mr. Pace went through the entire house, collected air samples (or so it seemed), and collected full payment ($300.00) before he left.

Then, in essence, he disappeared! He never provided any test results or reports as promised. For the past four months, he has refused to take calls or to return phone calls. He has ignored emails. He has even ignored the Better Business Bureau complaint inquiry.

All I can say is stay away from this one. You will not get what you have paid for.
