Horrible X-mas Online Shopping - very very poor customer service

I would like to begin by stating, I'll never store @ Hollister again. My partner and that I go through the toughest x mas onlineshopping actually! We requested some products for out boy, once the container came it had been missing products and we obtained 2 of the exact same product that people didn't for, only one. While he makes the first phone, he was informed that the internal analysis must be achieved and we shall obtain the product in Jan! R u kidding me!!! The trousers which were on back-order can come someday in January aswell. I really donot feel so. Today, I Have needed to contact and obtain the run-around, no supervisor can get about the telephone along with you. I had been guaranteed a shipping of today 12/28/10 having a $25 gift-card for several my problems and visitor what, nevertheless not top. I named the corp workplace and today being informed I'll get it on Friday, it is on-hold to ensure the proper product gets delivered. What company are you aware of this when u contact and have to get a boss, one doesn't access it the telephone?
