We paid Kim $165 on April 18th to complete weekly cleanings for one month. She came one time on April 20th for approximately 2.5 hours. That's when the excuses started - every week another reason she couldn't come. Every week we were understanding, just asking her to come the next week. She never showed up again. She refused to refund us as I filed with the BBB. She refused to respond to the BBB and has yet to refund us. There is also a $20 bill missing from my daughter's piggy bank - the only $20 bill she had in there is gone. My husband and I have no idea what happened to it. She had an excuse for every week why she couldn't show up, and an excuse for why she would not refund us. All we asked for was a refund and to cut ties as we found she has a criminal record.
