I won 5 items and only received 4

I gained 5 products on savebig.com and just obtained 4 within the email;. I sent them in the beginning before i obtained my 4 products and was informed they have to check on with delivery! Then they acknowledged me with 30 free bids|. When I obtained just 4 out-of 5 products within the email, I sent them-and they published back that they can seek advice from top management:. Then they increased my bet total to 170|. I actually donot wish to bet anymore I'd like my absent $25 giftcard'. Four nights later but still no solution from top management. Class-action? Please anybody performing one I would like to understand.
