Communications Publishing ripoff individuals with false promises

I received a letter in the mail regarding America's Secret Cash Giveaways book and 18 free reports. I sent in a money order for the amount of $23.90 on 11/13/02. And to this date I have not received the book or the reports which were promised in the letter. I really feel that this person and the Company should be barred from sending this or any other scheme like it to anyone. I would very much like to receive a full refund of the purchase price, or the delivery of the merchandise.
