I am in a similar position as other complaintants. No authors copies, no response to emails, no recording of known sales thru Amazon, no one available to phone calls. The none recording of Amazon sale

Avoid these vermin like the plague that they are. No response to emails, no author's copies, no reporting of known sales thru Amazon, this is at best incompetence, at worst fraud [class action anyone? ] No resolving any thing on the phone only a run around. The only thing they are good at is asking you to republish with them, sigh.
