Same as the previous post. They did nothing but send me a form packet recommending ways to reduce utility usage. They said I abondoned the audit, even though I sent them a full years worth of bills to audit. I requested a refund for services they never completed, and was denied in a very condescending and demeaning way. I would advise to not let these people in the door much less anyone give them a check!!! They got my money, hopefully I can save yours.
