These people will try to sue you for fake accounts

If you get anything from these people, don't ignore it. I happened to see on the court web sight where they filed a suit against my husband. He was not served any papers. I sent them a registered letter requesting validation of debt, etc. There is a legal form you can send. They replied with a fake account number and an address that is an ATM. Does that tell you anything?

After researching these people, I have found this is common. I made the mistake a year ago when they did this to him and ignored it. They got a judgement. Now after research, I think they did the same thing. My husband is 100percent PTSD so I handle most things like this. I WILL be in court this time.By the way, he was never served before either.
