Re Ficticious Business Name Renewal!

I had sent a check ($89) to Socal FBN along with Renewal Form on 03/18 and the check
was cleared on 03/24.

On 06/27, I found that my ficticious name was not yet renewed nor filed to LA County. Today, I found out that there are other victioms by this company. Please help me to punish this kind of bad business man. My email address is
