It began April 30 and ended today May 15. On April 30 I signed up for a free trial. There was no indication my credit card would be used automatically nor was there ever any email to say a free period was over and I would now be charged.in addition there is no phone number to contact anyone with my concerns. I just discovered it all yesterday. They also "upgraded me without my consent and added a processing fee eg.
