Terrible Customer Service

On 1/2 I purchased a ATI video card from the Micro Center store in Yonkers, NY. I had been supply using the additional bills to publish to get a $20.00 refund. The directions about the bill offered an offer signal and instructions to some site (his. 4myrebate.com). On 1/22 I visited the web site but discovered the signal and video card-not shown. I named the Yonkers shop and, after declaring the issue to 5 people, I had been moved 4 occasions and disconnected from the fifth person. I named the shop back and requested to talk to a supervisor. I had been placed on store and 42 minutes later I quit waiting.

The $20 refund isn't worth anymore of my period. Nevertheless, I'll spend some time speaking and blogging about my encounter in the Micro Center.
