False information about used Xerox Docucolor and fail to deliver merchandise (toners)

I found a Xerox Docucolor 240 in ebay on March seller jtpinnaclecopy. Text in resume said "Like new (refurbished), everything inside has been replaced, great working condition and certified to be eligible for the Xerox FSMA". I bough $10,200 usd and picked up in the Scottsdale, AZ Pinnacle company office (Camelback building). I bough a 2 toners sets (4 toner each) but only deliver 5 toner and promised me to sent the 3 pending to my house.

At this monent and multiple mails and calls, the company not answer anymore and never send it. I paid $450 us for each toner set. They called from his Califonia office and gave their an alternative address in Nogales, AZ to sent, but didnt sent.
The docucolor was inspected by the Xerox official tecnician Service center and I have to replace the band, drums and fuzor (aprox $2,000 usd) and still dont be elegible for the FSMA (Full Service maintenance Agreement).
