Scam on international orders payed with western union Richmond Heights

JWH outlet store requires Western Union payments and a minimum 150$ order to ship overseas. After more than 4 weeks from the payment no good was received and the shop owner is no longer answering my mails. Note that he answered immediatly before receiving the money and, then, he stop answering. I was extremely confident in the beginning since there are many very nice reviews about the website. Maybe those apply only for US market, whereas they probably use the international market for SCAM purposes. I was unlucky, but I hope that this message will help.
