Ripoff did not send merchandise or refund money

Ordered a coach wallet well over a month ago. Have not received item nor gotten any responses to one of my many e-mails. The web site does not have a phone number and it is down according to the message to "update inventory".

I really just want my money back. I charged it to my credit card and they did not waste any time processing the payment. Totally unprofessional!
