This co has fraud written all over it! I made a purchase a month ago on this site. Have received nothing!

On january 29 i made a purchase on sheafashions.com. As of today i have received no product! The site states that shipping will take about 14 days. The website has been closed due to inventory for about three weeks. I worked in retail when i was younger and know that it does not take three weeks to complete an inventory.
On february 19 i emailed the company to check on my order. I never even received a courtesy email from shea fashions or anything! This is horrible business practice regardless of the type of business you are in!
