I reduced financing through Santander in March. I purchased a brand new vehicle through Santander round the same period. Despite having created a complete benefit Santatnder withdrew another car cost from my bill. After I talked towards the customer support representatives they discussed it had been my problem for not shutting the consideration with my lender. Despite it producing no feeling I visited my lender plus they suggested it had been Santanderis problem

I posted a proper request reimbursement and lender files! March moves without consequence:. I-file more conventional demands and grievances! No body in the sales division may talk to me as their cost brokers and consideration repetitions can't forward calls to their workplace/. I proceed to create regular payments on my present vehicles funded through Santander'.

May goes. I-file more issues. May passess and that I document more grievances.in-May I consult with a merchant account boss who reviews my records about the consideration and suggests I ought to spend the total amount between what's owed in my experience and what I owe for my May cost. I actually do just like he required and that I ask him to create a official notice about the consideration showing it was completed at his acceptance.

It's currently July but still no reimbursement, but customer support calls me many times per week to point my vehicle obligations are overdue when I didn't spend the entire cost. This isn't an honest organization. I've no option operating within thier program and can't cost them curiosity, however they cost me interest and jeopardize my credit. I'd clearly advise against by using this organization for funding.
