Worldcom rip off

Hello. I am outraged at worldcom wirless, i have been ripped off. I opened my account a month ago. I recieved my first bill today, i was shocked. My bill was 85 dollars. Way beyound what i was promiced.

I was told i would have no roaming charges, free long distance on the weekends. I am even being charged roaming charges for the town i live in. I never recieved a book in english, to even acess my phone feautures, i called them and ask for a book and was promiced i would recieve one. I was also promiced my car charger, i called a 2 time and now there telling me i have to have proff of the converestion with the person i talked to, i cant pay this bill. What do i do?
