He offered me a way to get money to start my own buisiness. I paid 39.95 for something i never recieved. Im not sure who to trust

I bought chance for grants with the thought of starting a home based buisiness so i could stay at home and take care of my mother who has alzheimers.

And also be there for my son who is very obsessive-compulsive and is having a very hard time with life right now.

This man did a terrible thing and I hope he is punished. And is unable to sleep at night knowing that there are people who work hard for the 39.95 they've sent him, some even sacrificed for what they sent to him. Ihope by letting people know who this man really is he will get whats comming to him
