Bad customer service

My partner & I visited Macys nowadays to ensemble him totally to get a wedding. Whenever we introduced the things towards the checkout (no salesmen were on the ground to assist people), I swipped my Macy's charge card also it raised a signal. Discovered they had terminated my charge card since I have hadn't utilized it to get a year (usually pd my statement promptly, simply do not store alot). I had been ashamed before everybody for I'd never actually been approached; they needed me to use to get a fresh charge card (I actually donot believe so). Strolled out & won't visit Macyis again. Dillards is simply in the future & they welcome my periodic company.
