Mike and Gustavo Refusing to provide me with an invoice for services paid

Confirmed moving services, day, rate with Mike. His representatives came and moved. Collected money including HST (tax) and committed to mail me an invoice for the amount paid. I have sent several emails and made many calls to Mike to ask for the invoice. He gives numerous excuses and we waited 2 weeks while he said he would sort out the confusion with his reps. He continues to give excuses... We have been calling him repeatedly, have not received the invoice yet.
