End-of November I bought a Vivitar Digital Binocular collection? No wire supported the product". I named the organization and was guaranteed the Flash cable - twice;. I eventually obtained a wire, however it was the incorrect size. I have since sent Vivitar plus they, via a business named Sakar, shipped me the same wrong wire". It seems as if Vivitar offered the product with no proper measurement wire:. Radio Shack in addition to other electonic specialists have damaged their brains when taking a look at these binoculars and stated they will have never noticed this type of small interface before, WITH NO wire exists to suit it:. Disgraceful that Vivitar has offered the product, and it has our cash to get a product that can't actually function! Please boycott Vivitar and do not get to their garbage and terrible customer support.
