None cell phone rip off nc

Watch out i had money in my account for my cell phone and the money came up missing, i called virgin moble and they said i used the money texting someone, i have never texted anyone and i don't even know how and no one has ever used my cell phone, then the other day my cell phone makes a ping sound, i looked at my phone and there was a picture of a girl in a bikini, someone or some people at virgin moble is stealing money out of peoples accounts, oh and by the way the person i talked to at virgin moble could not even understand or hardly speak english, probably an illgal they hired, i am very angry over this matter!!!
