This company has charged my VISA for $14.95 for the last 4 months with out my permission! Connecticut

It seems that a purchase thru an AOL offer entered me into a "Discount Club". It was free for 30 days for me to try. And a 'member-packet' was sent to me to experience the savings!
The problem is that I never agreed to a membership. I never got a 'packet'. And by the time I noticed the charges in my VISA 3-page-statement, 4 moths had passed.
A call to customer service did nothing. There, Ms. Renee promised a credit to my VISA for the most resent charge, but it never happened. The other charges will stand. Ms Renee explained that the terms and conditions are written in the membership packet... Which I never got!
Where's a good lawyer when you need one...?
