Process Server Service of Los Angeles stole $4000 from me (he did not perform a court payment and will not return money)

I was out of state due to an emergency. I called Mr. McMillan to deliver a court payment for my friend. It was for $3855, so he would not take a Paypal or Credit Card payment. He would only take a wire payment.

I paid him the money, and he did not deliver the money. I attempted to contact him, but he would not answer the phone or answer my emails. I left several messages.

Finally he wrote an email to me saying he lost my money. Unfortunately, I now have to resort to other means to get my money back.

I was stupid to trust this man. He is a thief.
