Led into debt with "Love Spells"

I first got involved with Emily in July. I was having boyfriend problems and sought a spellcaster.initially she just needed a few things, of which I provided my credit card numbers for, being reassured I would be reimbursed when we were done. The boyfriend and I did get back together, but it was tumultuous.

Things went up and down with this boyfriend and we finally ended it. Meanwhile, Emily was still gathering money from me to "insure" us first being apart and then getting back together since in December I decided I wanted him back. Again, more money was invested for "crystals" and candles, with promises for reimbursement.

She finally finished her spellcasting in spring 2011 (yes, 3 years of this and $30,000.00 later). Boy was I gullible. However, she befriended me and I really needed someone who "understood" what was going on and what I was going thru.in January she tried to FedEx me money, no success. Later she tried "wiring" money to my bank account, no luck. She has "tried" MoneyGram (but put the wrong last name on the receiver) and Certified Checks through UPS, all of which I have seen no money. I also do not have the boyfriend back either.

She has had numerous excuses as to why things were delayed... Her mother passed away, her mother-in-law passed away, she was sick herself, they had to evacuate the neighborhood due to a gas leak, her husband got in an accident, and the most recent was a food poisoning episode that took her to the ER. It has been almost 7 days since I last had contact with her. I've been calling and texting like a crazy woman, which I feel I've become. I have no money and certainly, no boyfriend.

In the end, I am having to do debt settlement because of this woman. She promised I would be reimbursed all my funds, of which I've seen NOTHING. She won't answer her phone or call me. She did text me on Thursday (2 days ago) indicating I should call her. No response though when I called.

I had confronted her numerous times in the past, if this was a fraudulant business and she vehemently reassured me that everything was on the up and up and I would not only have my boyfriend back but also my money. All lies.
